Thank you for providing an unusually good customer service experience at your dealership! Bas was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through all the details of the purchase and the arrangements of turning in our leased vehicle. The special touches like flowers for my wife were particularly thoughtful. It is difficult to sum up Bas’ approach in one or two words, but the best I can do is “exceptional professionalism”. I would like to provide you with feedback for one of your Star employee’s, Oliver Lee. I told him we have an issue with the Cabin Filter change as the smell inside the car vents due to the AC being on. In the end the issue was fixed and we were both very thankful for Oliver’s patience, courtesy and eagerness to fix the problem. He was determined and very polite and we cannot thank you enough! My wife and I just took ownership of a 2011 RX350 from your sales team. We were very happy with the high level of customer service provided to us from Amy Li, from the first visit to your sales floor in January to the day we picked up the vehicle in February. Amy provided first grade customer service shown by her actions, 1. Amy was able to answer all of our questions and provided easy access to a test vehicle during the our vehicle selection period. 2. Amy came in on her day off to work on an offer 3. Amy came in even though she was not feeling well, to explain the features when we picked up the vehicle 4. Amy responded to my email on a Sunday evening to a minor question, talk about customer first. I was only expecting a response from her on next day of business. It was a pleasure working with Amy on our purchase. Please pass on our thanks to Amy for her great customer service experience. We hope the RX350 delivers the same first grade service as Amy.
