I wanted to thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail in customer service. I asked you to make it right and you exceeded my expectations in every way. For a dealership to go above and beyond in honoring a pre owned car warranty on a vehicle that wasn’t even a Lexus model is very gratifying in this day and age. I am extremely pleased with your service and the outcome. My father has had several LS 400s in the past and had always raved about the Lexus reputation and the service. Having that said, you have definitely proven him right. In the future, when we are in the market for a luxury car, I will be only going to one dealership, yours. I can’t thank you enough!
I wanted to say thanks for the excellent service you have provided me. Every visit to this dealership has always been pleasant and the customer service I receive has always been above par. That morning in particular I really felt your staff went out of their way for me. I was doing an oil change that morning at home and had come in earlier to the dealership to purchase a filter element. There was a small mix up with the part numbers and when I came to realize it, I had already drained my oil pan. I called the parts department and they were very apologetic and willing to help. Seeing as my vehicle was now out of commission, Cameron Thompson (The Parts Associate), offered to bring the correct oil filter element to my home. I would just like to say that I really appreciated this. I doubt I would have received service at this level if I had bought this filter from any other dealership. So a thank you again to Cameron and I would also like to thank Randi who is always a pleasure to deal with on every visit. Looking forward to my next visit!
Originally, I wasn't looking for a Lexus. But since I was at the Auto Mall, I decided to stop in and was glad that I did. The salesman who approached me (Terry Friesen) was courteous and professional. He was also able to answer all of my questions! Thank you Terry for making my shopping experience at OpenRoad Lexus enjoyable!

Leo Chan: It was very interesting to note the professionalism displayed by the salesperson, a dealership staff at Richmond Lexus. When we stopped at your dealership, which was very busy, Mr. Leo Chan was able to explain the vehicle to us even though we told him we were just looking. My wife mentioned that Mr. Chan radiated much trust. I promised my grandson that he could help find us an SUV, thus we had to make some alternative arrangement as to the delivery. Mr. Chan ‘played’ along that our grandson could be involved in the decision, and the whole delivery that was important to us. We would like to express our appreciation to Mr. Chan – well done!
